消基會：雙鐵常出包 交通部不應懈怠管理

台鐵延誤、高鐵故障事件頻傳，今日消基會舉行記者會呼籲交通部應拿出魄力，別再繼續當幫兇。消基會秘書長雷立芬說，台鐵班次延誤已不是新聞，甚至在228連假時，因火車誤點而影響了6萬多人，讓許多人的假期都泡湯；而高鐵在去年一年間共出包5次，今年已出包3次，呼籲交通部別再放任雙鐵出包，而是應該嚴加管理。

雷立芬說，228當天，台鐵因集電弓扯斷電車線而引起的誤點事件，交通部葉匡時表示依定會給外界答案，希望外界不要先談懲處問題，以免造成相關人員的壓力而無法釐清責任歸屬，但消費者報導雜誌發行人陳智義認為，交通部反而應該要回頭去看是否管理有所懈怠，才會讓台鐵誤點成為常態。
