保障女性參政補助款　綠委提修《政黨法》

台中副市長徐中雄日前表示，「保障」其實就是歧視，建議應取消選舉制度的婦女保障名額。對此，婦女新知基金會今召開記者會，認為女性參政狀況仍有待加強，尤其越往基層選舉，女性參政比例越低，女性擔任里長全國僅12%。民進黨立委尤美女提出《政黨法》修正草案，要求政黨補助款應提撥5%用於培育女性等多元參政人才。
 
婦女新知基金會監事黃長玲指出，女性應是最了解鄉里事務之人，大小事務照得住，但卻沒份選里長；各政黨都應主動發掘培養女性參政人才，不應只把女性看成選票來源。
 
尤美女則表示，參照南韓做法，提案修正《政黨法》，明文規定政黨補助款應提撥5%用於培育女性、農漁民、身心障礙者、原住民等多元參政人才，其中，培育女性經費不得低於總額的二分之一。尤說，她上會期已提案，卻被國民黨擋在程序委員會，無法排案審查。但國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池表示，國民黨不會因單一因素就擋案。據了解，該案已付委，交由內政與司法委員會聯席審查。（李英婷／台北報導）
