2歲童不懂上廁所　竟被母親前男友打死

澳洲新南威爾斯省一名2歲女童，因始終學不會自己上廁所，竟遭母親的前男友毒打致死。

這起案件發生在2011年，30歲男子羅斯（James Ross）持續幾個星期用各種工具虐打，以教導前女友的女兒迪弗斯（ Tanilla Warrick-Deaves）上廁所。由於女童一直學不好，他的虐打行為變本加厲，將女童的頭部猛烈撞向浴缸玻璃門，導致女童失去知覺，兩日後宣告不治。

當地報導稱，女童母親當時目睹事發經過，當女兒完全失去知覺後，她卻沒有即時報警求助，因觸犯過失致死罪去年被判12年。羅斯已確定涉及謀殺罪，將於今年5月判刑。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
