高凌風生前曾表示希望在生日前捐贈一台災情勘查車，取名「火鳥一號」。昨親友為他完成遺願，於新北市消防局辦理捐車儀式。而高凌風過世後，爆發遺產爭議，昨好友熊海靈表示：「高大哥存摺只有97萬元，扣掉20萬元卡費，之後怕會負債，我很擔心房子賣掉孩子們沒地方住。」

高凌風遺產總額，曾傳出4千萬到7千萬數額不同說法，但日前余天公開高凌風存摺剩下97萬，熊海靈表示，等月底20萬刷卡帳單來後，又將被扣一筆錢，加上每月的基本開銷，以及演唱會退票，初估恐負債，擔心小孩沒地方住，熊海靈說：「朋友們絕對會幫忙，不讓這種事情發生。」

對於負債，恐沒房住的問題，寶弟表示現在只想努力把3月8日演唱會完成，而今日是高凌風冥誕，好友將買蛋糕為高慶生。
