車禍 對方的錯 但對方很擺爛 該怎麼辦??

對方是在對象道要左轉 可是路中間有雙黃線

我騎乘是大型重型機車煞車不及而撞到他

有叫警察來 可是車子壓在我大腿上 有把車子立起來

對方一直對警察說我騎太快 但是好笑的 他雙黃線迴轉就違規了

對方是計程車...

我人是腳拐到 當下有叫救護車送我去醫院 也看了一個禮拜的醫生

我的車子比較嚴重 修要9萬多

他說賠償 要等他去申請道路交通事故初步分析研判表 給他的保險公司才要賠償

過年前發生車禍 他說要去申請 說過年後要跟我聯絡

但是他一拖再拖 到了昨天才去申請

我該怎麼處理 第一次遇到這種事情 要怎麼跟他求償?? 謝謝
