JLB 27 撥號確認都不能用?

我之前一直很仰賴"撥號確認"這個app
他會在我要撥號前跳出一個小視窗
問我是不是確定要撥出去
(因為我以前在滑通訊錄或是聯絡人的時候只要不小心按到就撥出去了@@)
但是自從更新到JLB27後(小米2S)
這個app就完全失效!!再也沒有跳出確認視窗

我就去下載三四個類似的app,例如call confirm等等
也都完全沒用
請問有人也有這個問題嗎?該怎麼解決?

另外我用瀏覽器開facebook的時候要等非長久...
只有我會這樣嗎?
