想請問各位因為預計在今年五月底要出發到西藏一趟
最近正在網站上查詢資料一直對簽證這塊頗有疑慮
旅遊網站上是說非中國公民在藏期間不允許自行旅遊一定要跟團
但剛剛在西藏頁面看到很多人在爭伴
所以又挑起台灣人是否能在藏自行旅遊的問題
想請各位為我解惑~~~謝謝!!!!

非中國公民(也就是外國人,台灣人屬於這一類)

外國人進入西藏旅遊的相關規定
根據國家旅遊局規定，外國旅遊者、臺灣遊客和海外華人（香港、澳門居民持中國特區護照或回鄉證者除外）在藏期間不允許自行旅遊，不論客人人數多少，必須有組織、有計劃地組團旅遊。
凡有組織的海外旅遊團隊須由其委託的旅行社向西藏旅遊局及其各地辦事處申請【進藏批准函】
註一:所謂<有組織的海外旅遊團隊>是指一人以上,包含導遊服務的旅遊團隊。
註二:【進藏批准函】:也就是俗稱的入藏函、入藏紙、入藏證。
