謝淑薇與彭帥的澳網之旅今天（17日）畫下休止符，女雙賽程敗給以色列與西班牙的組合Shahar Peer 與Silvia Soler-Espinosa無緣十六強。

薇帥配第一盤原本氣勢旺盛，進攻連連得手下，來到5-2領先，結果被歐亞組合給逆轉成功，以5-7輸掉。

第二盤這對台灣與中國大陸的跨國組合，又來到4-3領先，這次沒給對手機會，拿下第8局後，在3個盤末點優勢下，以6-3扳平戰局。

決勝盤雙方互破發球局後來到4-4，第9局對方保發後，薇帥配來到非保不可的發球局，氣勢正旺的歐亞組合，一次網前截擊迎來2個賽末點優勢。

最後Soler-Espinosa一次直線回拍，搶下賽末點，4-6宣告薇帥配敗北的命運，台灣選手目前僅存詹皓晴。
