interush合約問題

我不想講前因後果,反正直接了當問問題

我去年年中有簽interush的合約也有蓋手印(年已超過20),也交了保證金一千五但是沒有繳交證件以及存摺
後來不想加入了,一直想問這份合約到底有效嗎

其實那段時間我有要求拉我進去的朋友把我的合約跟保證金還給我,可是我朋友每次跟我約完之後都放我鴿子

後來有打電話問過interush的客服,不過他們都說就算有簽章蓋手印沒繳交證件合約就無法生效
(我分不同天打所以應該都是不同的客服人員)

去年年中的事情到現在才發問的原因是我朋友又再度放我鴿子,我真的受不了我的個資在我朋友那邊可是他卻一直放我鴿子沒把資料給我
錢沒還就算了我的個資還在那邊= =誰知道他們會不會做甚麼

請問我該怎麼處理才好,因為我家人不知道所以我不想提告讓他們知道之類的
可是又怕對方用了甚麼可怕的方法讓我進入會可是我都沒繳錢啥的之後會不會一大筆可怕的負債

求解!!!
