美國商會發表2014商業景氣調查，認為政府效能是影響企業在台營運的最大障礙，經建會主委管中閔表示，已與美國商會舉行跨部會平台會議，協助解決問題，未來每個月都會和主要國家商會開會，希望把問題逐項解決。

管中閔上午出席俞國華百歲紀念論壇，被問到美國商會的批評時表示，他承認政府制度結構在很多事情的反應上會比較慢，但政府8日才跟美國商會進行跨部會平台會議，美國商會明確表示，現在這個跨部會平台對他們非常有幫助，可以跟各部會直接溝通他們的意見。

管中閔說，這個會議會以後會密集進行，每個月一次，不只美國商會，針對歐洲商會以及日本工商會的意見，政府也會逐項解決。
