彰化「日月明功」靈修虐殺案，在涉案的創教主陳巧明及其手下共犯被收押禁見後，彰化地檢署檢方在今（2）日再度進行大規模約談行動，一共約談21人，其中有一名工程師及高職老師，涉嫌逼迫詹姓高三生寫下自白書，被列為被告，晚間移送彰化地檢署複訊。

詹姓高中生因母親黃芬雀沉迷「日月明功」，竟被負責人陳巧明等11人囚禁虐待18天致死，檢方後來突破黃芬雀的心防，供出陳巧明等共犯涉案，檢方隨將11名被告羈押禁見。

根據了解，關於今日約談的21人，檢方表示，都是曾經在案發前後出入默園的學員，其中有日月明功學員，也有學員小孩，對於相關細節檢方不願透露，但有消息指出，至少另有3人被改列被告，而這也讓全案被告上升到14人；而檢方之所以在今天發動大規模約談，據了解主要是為了釐清目前在押被告供詞真偽。

新增的被告中，其中1人為知名電子廠工程師、另1名為高中教師，2人涉嫌參與毆打、逼問自白、拘禁死者詹姓高三生列被告，涉案程度重大，傍晚被送到彰化地檢署接受複訊。
