F.I.R.持續關心社會議題，選在元旦當天舉辦義剪活動，幫助捨不得花錢剪髮的老人或小朋友改頭換面。此外F.I.R.自掏腰包買50張樂透送給幸運觀眾，期盼在2014年第一天每個人都懷著正面能量和希望，這樣才能迎接Better Life。

F.I.R.推出新專輯【Better Life】，昨（1日）邀來設計師舉行免費剪髮活動，當中建寧老師躍躍欲試，直喊：「希望可以幫民眾剪。」Faye、阿沁得知立刻吐槽，「老師別鬧！把人家剪壞了怎麼辦？」除了藉由義剪送暖，F.I.R.自費買樂透送50名民眾，Faye說：「不知道會不會中獎，但就是一個心意，讓大家懷抱一絲希望。」

今年是F.I.R.成軍10週年紀念日，回想起過去點點滴滴，三人都有很多感觸，他們表示新希望是往第2個10年邁進，繼續在歌壇唱下去。阿沁表示有6、7年沒在台灣跨年，「31日在台中跨年就更覺得要這樣一直唱下去，感覺好像又回到出道時那樣的熱情和單純。」
