難..

雖然新法規有出來
不當的行車方式or逼車造成其他用車人需要急煞
都可以罰款

最後還補一句, 但舉證困難...
→ 不知道行車紀錄器算不算, 手機拍攝影片算不算

這就是最有趣的地方
舉凡所有的新聞, 幾乎有影片作為上傳youtube
但有受罰的只有寥寥無幾 (男生用外套蓋住女生玩遊戲的, 就有說要開罰)
表示....

開罰的人還是想罰就罰,
萬一開了先例, 被上傳的是重要人物就麻煩了
所以補了一句....舉證困難..
就像要拍第二集的續集當作一個伏筆
可拍, 可不拍
