寇乃馨和黃國倫早早宣布不生小孩，但寇日前接了嬰幼兒用品廠商的尾牙，滿場都是孕婦和小孩，最近主持大陸網路節目，內容也是親子的機智問答，一切巧合讓她感到「可能上帝暗示我可以當媽了」，決定順其自然，「上帝的旨意最大，若真有了，我也不會抗拒。」

她原本就是不易受孕體質，初經高一才來，生理周期一年才一次，「我家的女生都是這樣，醫生說我極度缺乏黃體素，很難懷孕。」所以她和黃國倫也沒在避孕，最近她調養身體，經期慢慢變正常，懷孕機率提高。

她之前不想生小孩，一是黃國倫和前妻有個上高中的兒子，沒有傳宗接代的壓力，二是怕沒時間照顧小孩，「黃老師就是個大孩子，我所有母性都用在他身上了。」她最近迷上洪百榕的女兒寶妹，誇寶妹有所有女人的優點，「真要生，想生個像寶妹這樣的女兒。」笑說怕女兒長得像老公，怎麼銷得出去？
