輪胎胎紋不足易釀禍 元旦起納定檢

交通部修正道路交通安全規則，元旦起，輪胎胎紋深度納入車輛定期檢驗項目，並以各類車輛胎紋深度，是否已磨耗至胎面磨耗指示點，作為檢驗合格依據。未來汽車在檢驗時，如果輪胎胎紋深度不合格，將無法通過檢驗，最重將處吊扣車牌。

公路總局表示，車輛輪胎胎紋深度不足，會影響輪胎與路面的磨擦力及抓地力，延長煞車距離而發生危險，車輛在雨天行駛時，如果胎紋深度太淺，會減弱輪胎排水防滑功能，容易發生打滑失控、爆胎等危險。
