朝野攻防 程序委員會恐挑燈跨年

程序委員會恐怕要跨年守歲，程序委員會今天中午開會！要決定周五議程，擔任會議主席的民進黨立委陳其邁一進場，就預留伏筆表示，（議程）今天要處理到完。等國民黨立委針對討論事項進行發言和提議暫緩列案，就宣布休息協商，主席逕自離場，留下錯愕的國民黨立委。

整個程序委員會到目前為止，只進行了22分鐘就休息，國民黨擔心陳其邁隨時回到場內，宣布開會，決定周五議程，藍委們走也不是，留也不是。國民黨立委吳育昇更是氣得大罵，他說，休息而不協商，這是惡意的做法，他並提議，休息到下午2時，若主席還是神隱，就要另推會議主席，解決程序委員會的僵局。若提案不成立，就必須等到陳其邁回到會議室，才能繼續處理議程，程序委員會是否要一起跨年迎接2014，就看下午發展。
