無名相簿有備份了，怎麼搬到xuite隨意窩的相簿

趕在昨天，把無名的資料進行備份，準備搬到xuite隨意窩
現在日誌部份有成功轉移過來
可是相簿只有顯示名稱，照片沒有跟著一起過來

下載到的檔案名稱：abc(帳號)-wretch.zip-winRAR
可以請教要點進去哪些檔案，及如何上傳到xuite的相簿
xuite隨意窩才會有我原本在無名的照片呢?
