總統：募兵未變 驗證延兩年

總統馬英九今天說，募兵制已在推動，沒有延後，而是驗證時間延後兩年。

總統上午出席103年上半年陸海空軍將官晉任布達暨授階典禮時，做以上表示。

馬總統說，募兵制推動剛開始時確實有遭遇到一些困難，因此把驗證時間延後兩年，但制度已在推動，所以募兵制並沒有延後，而是驗證時間延後兩年。

他表示，今年募到8000多人，未來還可以運用民國82年次以前的役男，目前估計有約28萬人，會把這些役男妥善運用到105年底。

馬總統指出，未來為實踐防衛固守、有效嚇阻，募兵數字募到1萬多人就已可達目的；到105年後，7000人應就足夠。
