土耳其解雇警長 遭控違反歐盟規定

歐洲聯盟（EU）警告土耳其總理艾爾段（Recep Tayyip Erdogan）停止干預高層級貪污調查，還說他開除多個省分的警官，讓土耳其加入歐盟的目標面臨風險，歐盟對此表達嚴正關切。

歐盟擴大事務和鄰國政策（Enlargement andNeighborhood Policies）執委傅勒（Stefan Fule）接受英國「每日電訊報」（Daily Telegraph）訪問時，警告艾爾段已直接違反歐盟保護司法獨立的規範；司法獨立是土耳其加入歐盟的關鍵條件。

他告訴「每日電訊報」：「事情的最新發展，包括開除警察首長和指示警方向當局通報調查進展等，在調查的獨立性、效率與公平性以及權力分立方面已引發嚴重疑慮。這進一步凸顯出，有必要按照歐盟建議，建立一個適當的司法警察制度。」
