如何正確顯示雙字幕

各位前輩好
不知道大家有沒有遇過這樣的問題
我目前使用卡巴熊 R6S 觀賞絕命毒師影集
但是雙語字幕卻都只顯示英文
中文無法出現
將格式改ANSI 或UTF-8都還是不行

是我哪邊步驟有錯誤嗎??
這台功能強大卻沒有完整一點的使用說明
不是每個人都有時間一直去論壇爬文搞清楚所有功能呀....
希望有前輩能幫幫我
