【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，強烈東北風影響，基隆北海岸及台北市山區今天有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，台中以北及宜蘭地區也可能有局部大雨請注意山區請慎防坍方及落石，今天晚間溫度開始明顯下滑，後天達到大陸冷氣團的強度，

氣象局表示，鋒面持續影響，全台各地易下雨且雨勢還不小，尤其中部以北、東北部地區、南部山區及金門、馬祖下雨的時間較長，也可能有局部大雨甚至豪雨發生。溫度方面，北部、中部及宜蘭地區低溫在15到17度之間，高溫在19、20度附近，南部地區及花蓮、台東低溫約18到20度，高溫在23度左右。台灣沿海空曠地區、恆春半島及蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門、馬祖地區已有8至10級強陣風出現。
