跳旅館水池摔癱　全賠1885萬改判賠2成

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】新北市永和青商會10多名會友，4年前到台中「杜拜風情時尚旅館」辦趴時，男子盧柚昇摔入房間附設大型水池，頸椎骨折癱瘓，一審判業者須全額賠償盧男醫療等費用共1885萬餘元。但二審認定業者只有2成過失，今改判賠377萬元。
 
台中高分院認為，盧男對醫護人員表示因跳水而撞擊頭部，其頭部挫傷也顯示，當時應以頭上腳下方式跳下，才會擠壓到脊椎。而水池從外觀看來，只是戲水池而非泳池，因此認定盧男不當跳水，應自負8成責任。
