看黃鴨找廁所 基市將供地圖

〔自由時報記者俞肇福／基隆報導〕黃色小鴨廿一日將游進基隆港，業者預估五十天將帶來六百萬人潮，海洋廣場的安全性引發關切，市府建議策展單位進行「總量管制」，但是策展單位陳姓代表說，海洋廣場經過中元祭水舞龐大人潮測試，安全應該無虞。

至於龐大人潮的「方便」問題如何解決？基隆市政府環保局統計共有六百零四個廁所可供使用；環保局已繪製尿尿地圖，除在基隆市環保局官網公布，另外還將打卡、在提供廁所場所外張貼貼紙，方便民眾使用。

財政部基隆關表示，將會在東西岸碼頭設置高度約一米二的圍牆，避免遊客因為推擠不慎落海；策展單位陳先生表示，將會在海洋廣場距離一米內設置三角錐及三百名警義消、志工、工作人員舉牌宣導，應可維護遊客安全。
