醫師納入勞基法？衛福部：現宜另訂辦法規範

【邱俊吉／台北報導】針對醫師納入《勞動基準法》，衛生福利部次長林奏延今於立法院表示，醫師全面納入《勞基法》，是該部追求的終極目標，該部將持續努力，不過現階段仍認為，值班醫師的工作時間、延長工時及休息時間，宜另訂辦法、而不是由《勞基法》規範，但醫師的職業災害補償，則將依《勞基法》規定。
