偷車被逮　自稱警官男子動私刑全都錄

【王智勇／台南報導】台南市一名張姓男子，日前潛入新營市偷竊一輛轎車，當場被車主抓到，遭幾名男子團團圍住，張還被一名自稱｢警官｣的男子要求下跪自掌嘴道歉，報出姓名、身分證字號，並向轎車說｢對不起｣，又被人甩巴掌，整個過程被ＰＯ上臉書，引起網友熱烈討論。

　這段動私刑的畫面，全程4分鐘，影片當中有一名自稱｢警官｣的男子，他一邊拿手機拍下張男跪地求饒的畫面，一邊詢問張男犯行，還詢問為何要偷竊？張男回答：｢全是因為沒錢，沒工作，才會偷竊。｣至於偷來的錢如何花用？張男還回答｢拿去打台子（指打電動）｣，結果這名「警官」聽了更火大，立即掌張男一巴掌。

　對於這段影片，台南市警方目前正在釐清是否真有｢警官｣涉案，如果有偷竊和動私刑情況，一定嚴辦。
