【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新竹縣1名胡姓男子(30多歲)對陳姓女同事有好感，雖知陳女已婚仍不死心，今年5月17日上午8時許，約她吃早餐，在車上把摻有安眠藥的玉米濃湯拿給陳女喝，下肚後不醒人事，載到汽車旅館性侵得逞；檢方將胡男依加重強制 性交罪起訴。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，陳女在摩鐵昏睡10多小時，醒來時已是隔天凌晨近2時，發現自己衣衫不整，央求胡男載她回公司，陳女丈夫因未見到妻子返家，到公司附近找人，恰好見胡男開車載陳女返回公司，陳女一下車軟癱倒地，其夫見狀急忙送醫急救且報警處理。陳女在醫院驗傷，下體採得的檢體與胡男DNA相符，血液也驗出有安眠藥劑反應。
