台鐵一列電聯車台北、萬華站間故障

台鐵一列1098次的電聯車「迴送列車」，車上沒有任何旅客，今天（2號）上午八點十七分時，在台北到萬華站間因不明原因故障，列車停在軌道上，造成只能單線通車，由於正逢上班通勤時間，目前還無法確定影響的車行時間和旅客人數。
