四角戀　3醋女虐殺女友　二審判無期

【許淑惠／台中報導】去年9月，台中市發生一起女女四角戀虐殺案，謝姓、蔡姓、陳姓、施姓等女子，認為患有輕度智能障礙的被害人移情別戀，將她拘禁凌虐20天，天天用皮帶抽打、以美工刀割乳、劃身，還以掃把柄、雨傘柄插入其下體性侵，期間吳姓男子也加入凌虐，致被害人傷重死亡。

台中高分院上午宣判，4女1男分別依傷害致死、強制性交罪等判刑，其中謝、蔡、陳3女均判處無期徒刑，吳男判刑9年8月，施女判刑7年，遭判無期徒刑的謝女等3人聽完宣判全哭紅雙眼，施女則懇求法官讓她交保完成學業，她因已賠償家屬120萬元，獲法官裁定20萬元交保。
