英國手工跑車品牌LOTUS過去幾年來可說是相當的不好過，並且在2012年與母集團PROTON一起由馬來西亞政府手中，轉移到DRB-HICOM集團旗下，在經過一段時間的重整之後，DRB-HICOM於2013年7月時，一口氣投入一億英鎊的資金，再一次展現出經營LOTUS品牌的決心，而近日，LOTUS再獲英國政府1千萬英鎊資助，相信對於這個跑車品牌的復興，有著不小的幫助。
