核燃料棒恐無處存放 　台電：明年2月有解

【許麗珍／台北報導】根據立法院預算中心最新評估報告，至今年7月底，核一廠1號機及2號機用過燃料池各僅剩94束與223束存放空間，燃料池存放空間明顯不足。明年底核電廠大修，恐面臨用過燃料棒無處可退困境，原能會表示，如核一廠用過燃料池存滿，核一乾貯設施又尚未正式啟用，不排除將用過燃料棒運至核二廠燃料池，另核四廠也是選項之一；台電則稱核一乾貯設施最快明年2月可啟用。  

台電表示，核二廠同樣面臨燃料池即將貯滿的情況，且跨廠運送也有運送風險與民眾接受度等考量，而興建中的核四廠，因相關系統測試尚未完成，且距核一廠更遠，運送難度更高；經評估各種風險與考量，用過燃料棒仍應在核一廠內進行乾式貯存最保險，台電仍以明年2月啟用乾式貯存作業為目標，已提供相關補充修正資料報請新北市政府審查。
