取得台北學苑 中壽要蓋企業總部

中國人壽今天以141.68億元取得「臺北學苑及中崙眷舍13筆國有土地設定地上權案」，地上權存續期間70年。

中壽表示，此基地將規劃為中國人壽企業總部大樓，今年適逢中壽50周年，標得此案對中壽意義非凡，新企業總部大樓將開創中壽新紀元，為下一個50周年奠定成長基石。

中壽表示，新企業總部大樓，也將成為敦化南北路最宏偉的地標性建築，並提升中壽企業形象與臺北市的國際能見度。

中壽表示，本案基地面積達4050坪，面寬逾140公尺，是臺北市精華核心地段，面臨敦化北路70米林蔭大道，位處敦化南京商圈，臨近首都機場國際門戶及雙捷運文湖與松山線，交通四通八達。據了解，今天共有7家業者搶標。
