標題[請益] 漢民微測契約助理工程師

有爬過文章，不過好像沒有人分享想請教看看有沒有人在南科漢民微測簽過契約職務的小弟23y 在上禮拜四接到面試電話要我到南科廠面試 "生產製造-契約助理工程師" 主管在面試時有清楚的跟我說簽契約的原因，後來回家有跟家人講 ( 也在科技業上班 ) 家人和朋友是不建議，契約的職務無保障無福利，約滿也不一定能升正職而我的想法是既然簽契約，如果到時覺得不OK離職也無所謂 ( 但是感覺這樣是浪費時間 ) 所以想問問各位版友的意見，謝謝 ! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.250.87
