立院初審通過　逼車讓道可罰2萬4000元

【林修卉╱台北報導】立法院交通委員會今審查《道路交通管理處罰條例》部分條文修正草案，通過汽車駕駛人任意以迫近、驟然變換車道或其他不當方式，迫使他車讓道，以及非遇突發狀況，在行駛途中任意驟然減速、煞車或於車道中暫停，處新台幣6000元至2萬4000元罰鍰，並吊扣汽車牌照3個月，並接受道路交通安全講習。

委員會今天也初審通過明訂，未滿18歲者，監護人應同時施以道路交通安全講習，並得由警察機關公布監護人姓名，但經吊扣牌照再發照後又犯，可沒入該汽文，車。若2輛汽車共同違反上述規定在道路上競駛，可處3萬元至9萬元罰鍰，並當場禁止駕駛及吊銷駕照；此外，汽車駕駛人佔用自行車專用道，可處新台幣600元至1800元罰鍰。
