【動新聞】打爆眼拔光牙　男認養7犬凌虐

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台中市男子操禮平(37歲)和友人劉碩修(31歲)今年4月認養7隻流浪犬，但2人涉虐狗致3死2重傷1輕傷，倖存的狗兒不是遭打爆眼、就是拔光牙，2男棄狗屍後還想繼續認養，鄰居揭發制止，台中地檢署依涉犯《動物保護法》將兩人起訴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，2男常以小狗隨地大小便、吃蟑螂藥、吃大便等理由，拿棍子打狗兒或甩巴掌、高舉摔地等凌虐狗兒。2人被移送法辦，坦承打狗，但操男堅稱：「因為有愛心才去領養。」辯稱拔狗牙是怕小狗互咬，打牠們是因「不乖要處罰」駁虐待。社工和愛心媽媽林淑卿將倖存4犬送醫治癒，上個月陸續轉送他人認養。
