梅鐸離婚談判接近落幕 即將達成協議

金融時報報導，媒體大亨梅鐸（Rupert Murdoch）與第三任妻子鄧文迪的離婚訴請協商即將落幕，紐約州最高法院訂20日對此召開聽審會。

消息人士透露，梅鐸與鄧文迪將達成「友好的」協議，協議細節尚不清楚，但梅鐸打算把兩人在曼哈頓第五大道的豪華公寓給鄧文迪。梅鐸與鄧文迪在2005年以4,400萬美元買下這間公寓。

與鄧文迪離婚，預料不會對梅鐸控有的新聞公司（News Corp）或21世紀福斯公司（21st Century Fox）產生影響，鄧文迪不具有兩家公司的股權或投票權。

梅鐸家族對兩家公司的股權，近乎都透過梅鐸家族信託基金控有，而受益人是梅鐸的六名子女，包括梅鐸與前妻育有的四名子女。

梅鐸6月時訴請與鄧文迪離婚，表示這段關係「已無可挽回地破滅」，希望結束兩人長達14年的婚姻。親近梅鐸的人說，他現在感到「鬆了口氣，並高興事情將結束」。
