未成年子女手機通信資料　父母不能隨意查

【胡治言／綜合報導】監護人幫未成年子女申辦電信業務，不得隨意查詢子女通信資料。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台南一名家長到中華電信幫未成年女兒申辦手機上網，事後女兒使用超量，家長要求業者要以簡訊通知他女兒使用的流量狀況，卻遭業者以個資考量拒絕，覺得不合理。

對此，中華電信強調，依法辦理，即使是法定代理人，也無法提供。律師指出，簽約主體是未成年子女，法定代理人確實不能查詢其通信資料，業者無誤。
