陳玉珍出庭 業者控撈很多

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕台灣第一個涉貪被收押的高檢署女檢察官陳玉珍，獲法院交保700萬元後，昨首度出庭，台北地院當庭勘驗施永華4年前偷錄的光碟，陳玉珍凝神靜聽施永華在錄音檔裡痛批她「過份」、「撈很多」時，面無表情。

法院昨當庭勘驗這片錄音檔，施永華痛罵陳玉珍「她太過分」、「她撈很多錢」、「沒做代操卻拿代操的錢」，施永華還說，「她這樣做講不過去，怎麼會這樣，我已經盡量克制了…」施永華還一度說「我至少給她…（手勢比2，指兩千萬元）。」

陳玉珍則冷靜聆聽，還揪出4個錯誤之處；另被告郭學廉則表示，施永華來找他聊天時國台語夾雜「我根本聽不懂」。法院下次將開庭釐清錄音檔是否經過剪輯。
