最近臉部偶爾會出現過敏的症狀但不是非常嚴重的大過敏，除了先前有一次抹完清潔面膜後整個臉大過敏大部分都是皮膚稍微發癢處有一兩顆小疹子，已經看過醫生，但醫生都說可能是因為換季或是飲食的問題也有跟醫生領藥膏抹但是我認為我平常吃的都蠻清淡的，生活作息也都很正常也有正常的清潔皮膚請問一下要怎麼改善皮膚的狀況？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.52.229
