【黃揚明／台北報導】檢察總長黃世銘上周四拒絕到立法院司法委員會監聽調閱小組備詢，民進黨團今提《法院組織法》修法草案，幹事長高志鵬說，修法將檢察總長由總統提名、立院同意且任期4年的條文刪除，讓檢察總長回歸特任官，由法務部長任命，並刪除檢察總長除年度預算及法律案外無須到立法院備詢的規定。

民進黨團書記長吳秉叡說，《憲法》第67條規定，立法院各委員會得邀請政府人員到會備詢，但黃世銘以《法院組織法》拒絕到立法院備詢，應回歸《憲法》，不該破壞憲政結構。且依大法官解釋，立法院調查權是憲政權力，怎麼可以說不配合就不配合？
