江揆：募兵制應跨部會協調　全力如期達成目標

（軍聞社記者方正臺北五日電）為建構固若磐石的國防戰力，行政院長江宜樺今天在立法院總質詢時表示，募兵制時程雖延後，但政府面對兵役制度的重大變革，「只許成功、不許失敗」，包括國防部、國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會，乃至於內政部等相關部會，都必須檢討執行作法，盼使募兵制目標在兩年內如期達成。

　立法院上午進行行政院長江宜樺施政報告及分組質詢，國防部長嚴明、退輔會主任委員董翔龍下午出席備詢，分就外交及國防委員會召委陳鎮湘等委員，有關募兵制等議題進行詢答。

　針對募兵制未來採跨部會協調溝通作法，江院長指出，募兵制要成功，不只是國防部在教育訓練等方面要採正確作法，同時，退輔會也要對退伍軍人的職業轉型做好規劃。

　退輔會主委董翔龍則表示，目前該會事業單位正在積極轉型，以容納短役期退伍的同袍，且退輔條例修正草案已於立法院修法中，希望能儘快爭取通過，進一步保障志願役退伍軍人的出路與照顧。
