露天網拍詐騙案增 工程師買行動電源被騙140萬

網拍詐騙案件頻傳，根據165專線統計，露天拍賣網站疑似個資外洩，上個月竟然發生410起詐騙案件，總共財損金額高達1500萬元。警方發現，其中一名林姓工程師，只是買了不到一千元的行動電源，誤信ATM解除分期付款的謊言，結果被騙了140萬元。

住在高雄的林姓工程師，日前在露天拍賣網站購買不到一千元的行動電源之後，接到了自稱是賣家的電話，對方以便利超商店員刷錯條碼，誤設12期分期扣款為由，表示要通知郵局人員，接著又有自稱郵局人員來電，誘騙被害人前往操作ATM，結果林姓工程師就在依照歹徒指示下，不斷匯款買遊戲點數，等發現上當時，已經前後匯了140萬元。刑事局預防科警官張瑋倫說明案情。「林先生又開始依照歹徒指示，提領10萬元現金至統一超商購買遊戲點數，並將序號密碼一一告知對方，接著歹徒又問出其他銀行帳戶，再花10萬元購買遊戲點數。隔日上午歹徒再度來電，要求他將帳戶裡的錢清空，將錢匯到「安全帳戶」內。」

警方調查，疑似個資外洩，露天拍賣的買家在上個月發生四百多件詐騙，總共損財金額高達一千五百多萬元。警方除了要求業者要積極加強防駭措施，也再次提醒民眾ATM沒有解除分期設定的功能。
