檢評會約詢 林秀濤提早列席旁聽

檢評會調查立法院長王金平關說司法案，今天展開大動作約詢，首波對象包括高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤和證人王金平、柯建銘及特偵組檢察官鄭深元等人，林秀濤是受評鑑人之一，原本安排下午出席，因她要求全程旁聽，從上午就列席。

原本檢評會有意開放媒體旁聽以示公正，卻因大部分當事人都反對，決定不開放；上午民間司改會執行委員黃國昌也到法務部，申請列席參與陳述，提出申請書，但遭到拒絕。

檢評會委員兼發言人彭文正表示，根據法官法41條第9項及檢察官評鑑辦法第10條規定，出席人員必須受評鑑人同意才行，因本案受評鑑人都拒絕，基於尊重受評鑑人，決定不公開約詢過程，同時駁回黃國昌所提的申請。
