太陽公公出來啦！中央氣象局指出，今天(28日)各地大多仍然是多雲到晴，相對穩定的天氣，因為水氣也不多，下雨的區域大致上只有東半部及北部的山區偶而會有局部的零星小雨。

昨天清晨各地溫度都還是偏低，嘉義觀測到15度的低溫，也是今年入秋平地最低溫，不過白天起東北季風逐漸減弱，因此各地溫度都有稍微回升。至於今天，清晨因輻射冷卻影響，各地溫度都還是偏低，嘉義觀測到15.2度的低溫，預測今日氣溫會比昨天再回升一些，白天高溫會回升至27到30度左右。

而今晚至明晨各地的低溫大約在18至20度之間，白天感覺上相當舒適，不過各地早晚感受仍偏涼，提醒早出晚歸的民眾要記得多添加衣物，另外中南部的日夜溫差相當大，也請多注意氣溫的變化。

另外，海面上有一熱帶性低氣壓1005百帕，在北緯12.5度，東經142.5度，即在關島附近海面，向西北西移動，時速15公里。恐成颱風，氣象局密切觀察中。
