=[4×10^(-2)]^24

=[2^2×10^(-2)]^24

=[2×10^(-1)]^(24×2)=(0.2)^48

=[2×10^(-1)]^48

=[2×10^(-1)]^(16×3)

=[2^3×10^(-3)]^16

=[8×10^(-3)]^16=0.008^16

∴(a,b)=(16,48)

→a-b=16-48=-32 

這題跟科學記號應該沒什麼關係,不過有用到指數律.
