一..甲的子女辦理拋棄繼承是對他爸爸的遺產拋棄不是對祖父(甲的父親)的遺產拋棄
二..甲的子女該如何繼承?
繼承(甲)爸爸的份

第1138條遺產繼承人，除配偶外，依左列順序定之：
一、直系血親卑親屬。(依親等順序)子女，孫，曾孫，玄孫(不分內外孫)
二、父母。
三、兄弟姊妹。
四、祖父母。(不分內外)

第1139條前條所定第一順序之繼承人，以親等近者為先。

第1140條第一千一百三十八條所定第一順序之繼承人，有於繼承開始前死亡或喪失繼承權者，由其直系血親卑親屬代位繼承其應繼分。

第1141條同一順序之繼承人有數人時，按人數平均繼承。但法律另有規定者，不在此限。
