只有今年買的大統產品才能退嗎?

到大潤發退大統油品貨品,的確不見得要有發票,只要有會員卡,服務人員就可上電腦查詢,就知道你何時買了產品,這的確很好,但是,他們卻要求是:一定要今年買的大統產品才能退,不知各位大大知不知道有這項規定?(服務人員說這是大統的規定),這規定真是開玩笑,大統又不是今年才開始做假,為何只有今年買的才能退?不知各位有何建議,我該拿大統產品去哪退才行?政府在哪呀?...真傷腦筋
