大家好想請問大家下列兩個offer的比較也請大家不吝給予意見~~ 因為有一邊股價低有一邊福利逐年遞減實在難選以下是幾個選擇的點: 1. 工時/福利/工作環境/制度/未來加薪/升遷是幾個考量的點 2. 股票有無是未知數,股價有時候也不影響薪水(差在分紅),不確定影響力多大 HTC 鴻海部門 Protocol Development SQA軟體測試 Engineer 月薪 N+2(*14) N(*14) 三節禮金未知含於*14內工時 09-10~19-21 08~19-20 升遷未知難分紅未知(目前聽說2~3月) 未知(股票是未知數) 地點新店新竹居住狀況租屋(粗估7.5k以上) 租屋(粗估6k) 福利很好很少各項津貼多一般公司風氣自由隨興類軍事化管理 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.253.231
