【黃馨儀／台北報導】對行政院承諾研擬方案，獎勵企業企業替員工加薪，於政府近日呼籲企業加薪，台達電榮譽董事長鄭崇華今午參加台日產業合作智庫論壇後表示，其實台達電員工的薪水本來就比其他企業高，除了每月薪資外、還有紅利分紅的制度。

而台達電每年都會根據獲利，來跟員工分享利潤，每年至少加薪幅度3%~5%；他也強調，員工薪資的確需要有競爭性，或是讓員工進修、提升管理能力，才能找到好員工並讓員工進步。
