柯建銘訓斥30分鐘　江揆枯坐冷板凳

【林修卉╱台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今終於上台進行施政報告與施政總質詢，綠營協調安排第一棒由民進黨團總召柯建銘開砲，但30分鐘的總質詢，江揆根本無法站上備詢台辯駁，只能枯坐官員席聽柯建銘的訓斥。

柯建銘痛斥，馬江集團用司法操作做政治鬥爭，一般民主國家的總統早就下台，而這不是一般道歉可以了事，直指江宜樺要主動下台以謝國人。柯還說，江院長是有史以來最破壞憲政體制的行政院長，也是民調支持度最低的行政院長，「你（江揆）強暴國民黨，你最好趕快下台。」

柯建銘還說，民進黨在倒閣之後，就是全民倒馬的開始，偉大的人民一定會迎接偉大的時代，在2014年和2016年人民一定會十倍、百倍奉還。
