現在開價33萬了嗎? 我記得當初剛開始開價40萬很扯,每次經過都沒什麼人,現在果然降價了,其實一坪33萬再桃園市泛藝文特區那邊不會不合理但是,這建案主要是因為被百川綠晶跟旁邊的另一棟房子(沒去詳查)給挾在中間,採光 通風都很差,如果不是這樣,以目前此地房價新屋一坪33萬開價其實不會離譜也不會太難賣, 一切就看你自己親自去看房的感覺囉.
